Having soup in the wintertime is eternally a healthy selection. SOUP has many sources of energy and protein. It will keep us full for a long time. Also, the yummy idea to have vegetables and fruits together. In wintertime absorbing hot soup aids to hydrate your body. Soup’s main function is boosting our immunity system which is today’s necessity. Soup is a comprehensive meal to beat the winter chill.

Here are 7 healthy soup recipe’s…delightful, healthful, warm, and nourishing soup’s recipe for you:

SOUP no: 1 Spinach Soup 🥬🍵

Spinach Soup

Do not you think winter is not only for lie on the bed like lazy ass?

Soup is more interesting substance that can refresh us🔄

So, here we are going to have yummy Palak Soup 🥬 (I mean I am😋, you have to cook for yourself😛)

It was yummy more than I expected 😃

Follow below steps:

✓Take 1 tbspn olive oil in hot casserole
✓Add 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
✓Add 1 tbspn finely chopped onion
✓Saute for 1 min
✓Add 2 tbspn roughly chopped spinach
✓Saute for 2 min
✓Add 1 tbspn Besan (chickpeas flour)
✓Saute everything and add 100 ml water
✓Add salt as per taste
✓Saute for half min
✓ All mixture remove into grinder and grind until get pouring consistency (totally depend on you how much pourable you want)
✓ Serve in bowl😋🥬🍲😌

P.S. Can serve for 1 person with above mentioned quantity of ingredients.

SOUP no: 2 Cauliflower Soup🍵

I tried this Cauliflower soup today and it was quite boring😌 but helpful for WEIGHT LOSS👍

Recipe:
✓Half cup chopped cauliflower roast in hot pan with 1 tspn salt until it become tender (5 min minimum)
✓In hot pan add 1 tbspn olive oil
✓Add 1 tbspn finely chopped onion and 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
✓Saute for 2 mins then add 1 veg stock cube and 150 ml water
✓Immediately add roasted cauliflower and salt as per taste
✓Saute everything for 5 mins
✓Remove this hot stuff in mixie vessel
✓Wait for 10 mins
✓After 10 mins add 1 tspn butter and 1tspn lemon juice and grind it.
✓Serve in bowl✨🥣

SOUP no: 3 Veggie Soup🥬🥕🍵

Recipe:

✓Take 1 tbspn olive oil in hot pan
✓Add chopped 2 garlic cloves and 1 tbspn chopped onion
✓ Saute for 2 mins
✓ Add some chopped carrot and cabbage
✓ Saute everything
✓ Add 1 veg stock cube and 200 ml water
✓ Add 1 tspn lemon juice
✓ Add salt as per taste
✓ Serve in bowl with chopped coriander topping.

SOUP no: 4 Pumpkin Soup 🎃🍵

Pumpkin is highly nutritious and helps to boost immune system.

Recipe:

✓Take 1 tbspn olive oil in hot pan
✓Add 1 tbspn chopped onion and 2 garlic cloves
✓Saute everything for 2 mins
✓Add 1 cup chopped pumpkin
✓Add 1tspn black pepper and salt as per taste
✓Add 200 ml water and cook for 15 mins
✓Remove cooked stuff in grinder
✓ After 10 mins grind all stuff while grinding add water as required

Topping:

Fresh cream
Black pepper (I forgot to sprinkle😛)

P.S. Serve with garlic cheese bread or any bread, and complete your soup😋

SOUP no: 5 Tomato Soup 🍅

Recipe:

✓In hot pan add 1 tbspn butter, and add 3-4 cloves and 1 bay leaf
✓Add chopped 1 tbspn onion and 3-4 chopped garlic
✓saute everything
✓Add chopped 2 medium sized tomatoes
✓Saute everything for 5 mins
✓Turn off the heat and let it cool down
✓Transfer stuff in grinder and remove bay leaf
✓Blend into puree (don’t add water) and then strain the puree
✓Now strained puree transfer again in casserole on medium flame
✓Add 100 ml water to adjust thickness of puree (add water as how much you want)
✓Stir continuously and add 1 tspn sugar, 1 tspn black pepper, and salt as per taste
✓Mix 1 tspn cornflour with 2 tspn water and add into cooked soup
✓Stir for 1 min
✓Serve in bowl with topping of fresh cream and coriander or mint leaf 🍃

SOUP no: 6 Veggie Manchaow Soup🍜

Yummy way to have veggies🥕 🍄🌰🍵

Follow 👇steps:

✓Add 1 tbspn butter in hot pan, add 1 tspn red chilly powder in melted butter
✓Add chopped 1 inch ginger and 3-4 chopped garlics
✓Saute everything
✓Add chopped veggies like carrot, cabbage, mushrooms, green onions, onion, capsicum, etc. (1 tbspn each chopped veggie)
✓Fry everything for 3-4 mins
✓Add 200 ml water
✓After boiling water add half tbspn vinegar, 2 tbspn dark soy sauce, 1 tbspn red chilly sauce, 1tbspn tomato ketchup (optional) , a pinch of salt, 1tspn black pepper, a pinch of sugar
✓Cook for 5 min on medium flame

Garnish with chopped green onions and fried noodles 😃

SOUP no: 7 Pasta Soup 🍲😋

No doubt, I made this soup because I crave for pasta and noodles🤤

Pasta, noodles are my favourite, and I love to have them anytime. Pasta soup is best way to have all veggies with yummy vibes😀😋🍝🍲

Method:

✓Make tomato puree by using 4 small sized tomatoes (blend tomatoes and strain it properly)
✓In hot casserole add 1 tbspn oil, add 1 tbspn chopped onion, and half tbspn chopped garlics
✓stir for 1 min
✓Add the tomato puree, salt as per taste, 1tspn black pepper, and 1 tspn sugar
✓Bring boil, After boiling puree add 500 ml hot water
✓Add chopped veggies like corn, bell pepper, carrot, etc. (each veggie should be 1 tbspn don’t add veggies more than water)
✓Add 1 cup elbow pasta (macaroni)
✓Cook for 10 mins (until macaroni is cooked)
✓Add 1 tbspn corn starch + 2 tbspn water to thicken the soup
✓Cook until soup thickens
✓Add fresh basil, oregano, and chilly flakes
